In the traditional spiral sand washing machine, the tail bearing seat is either tail lifting or external bearing seat. Because the tail part of the spiral sand washing machine is working in the mixed water, the existing tail bearing pedestal often suffers from water leakage and sand feeding, and the main shaft of the spiral sand washing machine often fails. The rear end shaft in the rear end bearing block assembly of the spiral sand washing machine is fixed by the hoop, and the front and rear two plates of bearings are installed on the rear end shaft. The shape of the rear end bearing block is a cylinder with flange plate at the tail, and the front and rear two plates of bearings are installed in the cylinder of the bearing block. The front end of the rear end bearing seat is sealed by a water seal cover, while the rear end bearing seat is sealed by a water seal seat with a J-type oil seal. The whole rear end bearing seat assembly is sheathed in the spiral shaft tube of the spiral sand washing machine, and is fixed together with the spiral shaft tube through the flange plate on the rear end bearing seat.
When the spiral sand washing machine works, the whole rear end bearing seat assembly is hidden in the spiral shaft tube, and will not be damaged by sand and water.
